Police arrest 24 years old Yahoo girl, Chioma for duping 50 years old German boyfriend of N165 million

Nemesis and long arm of the law
has caught up with 24 years economics graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka for deceiving and duping her 50- year old German boyfriend a cumulative amount of N165 million.

Chioma, the con artist according to the Spokesperson of the Police Special Fraud Unit, Ikoyi, Lagos, SP Eyitayo Johnson met the German on Instagram where they sparked off a romantic relationship in 2019.

But unknown to the German, Chioma was not committed to the relationship but saw it as an avenue to cash out.

She gained profusely from the contrived relationship including talking her German victim into relocating to Nigeria and to pay a visit to the country to meet with her mother.

She also deceived the victim to sell his property and send the proceeds alongside his pension and life savings to her for the purpose of buying a property in Nigeria where both of them would live when they eventually marry, but she converted it all to her personal use.

Efforts are being made by the police to charge her to court for diligent prosecution.
