The only person from the top security agencies that survived the retirement of Tinubu is the DG of DSS, Yusuf Magaji Bichi
Few weeks to the presidential election when Suspended CBN Boss, Gowin Emefiele turned the Naira Redesign to a political attack on Tinubu who was contesting an election from the ruling party.
The only agency that tried to stop Emefiele then was the DSS led by Bichi
Already under investigation, The DSS openly levied allegations on Emefiele and tried to get him arrested but that was resisted by the Police.
They did try to take the case to court but the matter didn’t see the light of the day.
If loyalty was a person, Bichi will be one. Just in case you don’t know, Bichi’s family also supported Tinubu during the election.
