Musician J. Martins Appointed special assistant on tourism & entertainment by Gov. Alex Otti
Popular musician J. Martins ( Martins Ikechukwu Justice) has been appointed special assistant on tourism and entertainment by Abia state governor Alex Otti in one of his latest appointments.
Also making the list is former super eagles skipper and Arsenal FC talisman Kanu Nwankwo.
This list of appointments was contained in a press release by Kazie Uko, special adviser to the governor on media and publicity.
