We have been living in fear of deportation since Trump came back to power—Nigerians in America speak from hideouts

Nigerians in the United States of America have said, they have been living in total fear since President Donald Trump came into power.

Trump who have been cracking down on illegal immigrants since he was sworn in as American President, has revealed that over three thousands Nigerians are set for deportation.

In an interview with Saturday Punch, some Nigerians who are illegal immigrants while speaking from hiding said, their lives have been restricted to hiding as they could no longer go to churches, mosques or any other public places, out of fear of been arrested and deported.

On why they don’t want to return home, they feared it will be a big setback to them.

Meanwhile, the U.S Government have revealed that the biggest deportation in the history of America is about to happen.

The Nigerian Government has, however, confirmed over two hundred Nigerians are currently in the custody of the US authorities and are ready for deportation.
