An arrested and handcuffed yet-to-be-identified trader, on Wednesday fell off from speeding police vehicle and died on the spot along Port Harcourt road Onitsha.
The incident, which was captured in a popular social media video with a manly voiceover, the victim was taken into custody by police after they broke into the market and took some items from the vendors.
