Controversial Nigerian cross-dresser, Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye aka Bobrisky, on Friday, admitted before the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos that he is a man.
Prior to his arrest and subsequent trial for abusing the Naira, Bobrisky had repeatedly denounced his manhood.
He claimed to have undergone a surgery that successful transformed him into a transgender woman.
However, before he was sentenced to six months in prison without option of fine, trial Justice Abimbola Awogboro asked him his gender, and Bobrisky replied: “My lord, I am a man,” looking sober.
Bobrisky recently had a spat with controversial musician, Portable, over his transgender claim.
Portable later did a disc track, insisting that Bobrisky is his “brotherhood,” warning him not to enter the ghetto and claim sisterhood, otherwise he would collect firewood (beating).
