Another death in Nollywood again as actor Zulu Adigwe of Basi & company fame mysteriously dies at age 69

The Nollywood industry is yet again thrown into mourning, this time, over the demise of veteran and popular actor, Zulu Adigwe.

Agenda Papers gathered that Adigwe died on Tuesday evening with no clue to the cause of his death as no news of any kind of sickness was attributed to him before the sudden news of his death.

His death was announced in an Instagram post by Movie producer, Stanley Nwoko.

“I regret to announce the passing of a veteran actor, late Mr Zulu Adigwe.

“What caused his death is yet to be reviewed. Rest in peace good actor,” he added.

During his career, Adigwe was famous for his role in the now rested Basi and company of late Ken Saro Wiwa and in other movies like “Living in Bondage”, “Breaking Free”, and many others.

In the last 60 days Nollywood has lost some of its talented actors to the cold hands of death. They include Mr IBU, Amaechi Muonagor, Junior Pope, Jumoke Adenonmu, Sisi Quadrri and ace producer and marketer Andy Best.
