Trump found guilty of all 34 criminal treasonable felony charges…..may affect his presidential ambition
A 12-person jury has found former President of the United States (US), Donald Trump guilty of all 34 criminal charges in his Hush Money trial in New York.
The 12-person jury, in a verdict read late Thursday night, found him guilty of all the felonies brought against him by prosecutors.
The verdict made him the first president in US history to be convicted of a felony.
The jury concluded that he falsified business records in connection to hush money paid to an adult film star, Stormy Daniels.
The presiding judge, Juan Merchan, is expected to sentence Trump on July 11, 2024.
The presumptive Republican nominee for president had accused his chief rival, President Joe Biden of orchestrating the case against him.
The conviction will not disqualify him from competing against Biden in the November 5 presidential election.
He is an American politician, media personality, and businessman who served as the 45th president of the United States from 2017 to 2021.
He received a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1968. His father named him president of his real estate business in 1971.
Trump won the 2016 presidential election as the Republican Party nominee against Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton while losing the popular vote.
