Ministry of women’s affairs celebrate, dance & rejoice over Tinubu’s removal of Uju-Kennedy as minister

Workers believed to be employed in the Ministry of Women Affairs could be seen jubilating after President Bola Tinubu announced the sack of Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye.

In a video shared on X by Abubakar Sidiq Usman, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, the workers could be seen dancing and shouting in the corridors of their office.

Chants of “finally” could be heard as they celebrated the minister’s exit.

Kennedy-Ohanenye was in charge of the ministry until Tinubu removed her on Wednesday in a cabinet reshuffle.

She was among five ministers who were sacked during the Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting.

Others are Lola Ade-John, Minister of Tourism; Jamila Bio Ibrahim, Minister of Youth Development; Tahir Mamman, Minister of Education; and Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo, Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development.

    What do you expect in a compromised system?
    Sincere and upright persons,are mosttimes not tolerated,and their exit are celebrated.
    Professor Dora of the then food and drug agency was not tolerated due to her uncompromising stand.
