We will no longer tolerate any further insults on Tinubu over hunger & economic hardship —-Doyin Okupe on Channels Television
Doyin Okupe, a former Director-General of Peter Obi’s 2023 presidential campaign council, has asserted that the South West will no longer tolerate insults directed at President Bola Tinubu.
He emphasized that Tinubu is highly regarded in the South West and deserves to be treated with respect.
Okupe made these remarks during an appearance on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Monday.
“From this point forward, we will not remain silent while others insult Bola Tinubu,” he stated. “Tinubu, hailing from the South West, is precious to us. He is not at fault. Although the current situation may seem challenging, we believe it will improve because we trust him.”
Despite the hardships faced by millions of Nigerians due to the Tinubu administration’s policies, Okupe believes there is no justification for complaints.
