The first son of one time military president Ibrahim Babangida, Mohammed has turned down his recent appointment by president Tinubu to chair the bank of agriculture.
In a terse press statement Mohammed has given personal and professional reasons for the rejection as he claimed he doesn’t have time.
Last week Tinubu hurriedly made some board and political appointments which many described as ploy to placate the already infuriated northern region.
Former Senate majority leader Ali Ndume in condemnation of the appointments asked Tinubu to give more appointments to the obviously neglected and marginalized South East region.
