Tinubu appoints veteran journalist Dele Alake as presidential spokesman

Bola Tinubu has made his first appointments shortly after being sworn-in as the 16th President of Nigeria.

Ambassador Kunle Adeleke was named as the State Chief of Protocol (SCOP) to the President.

He also appointed former Lagos State Commissioner of Information, Dele Alake as Presidential Spokesman.

Dele Alake has been a long time veteran journalist having worked with late Moshood Abiola and served as editor of Concord newspapers.

The last occupant of that position was Deacon Femi Adesina who served as presidential spokesman to out gone president Major General Muhammadu Buhari

Another appointment is Olusegun Dada Special Adviser, Digital Media.
