Popular clergyman, Odumeje states that he is more brainy than many educated folks, as he uses his experience to advise parents on choosing courses for their children to study at the university.
Speaking during a church service, the controversial pastor urged parents to be more intentional when guiding their children in selecting university courses.
He warned against allowing children to settle for random or less-demanding disciplines simply because universities have limited options.
Odumeje emphasized that education should be purposeful and aligned with a student’s passion and potential, rather than a decision made under pressure or convenience.
He claimed that despite not having a formal academic background, his vast life experience and intellectual capacity have equipped him to guide others wisely.
According to him, not being in the university doesn’t mean one should make wrong choices for their children.
His words …
“This is not the time to tell you daughter to go and pick a course in school where they lecturer says, ‘this is what we have, if you can’t take this one, go’. Don’t do it. Choose a very serious course. I have read a lot of course and I can tell you tht a lot of them I know them. That I have not been there doesn’t mean that I will allow you to make mistakes. I am so much intelligent than even educated ones. If it’s for my brain, I have first class certificate brain..”
