Barely one week after a distrust woman came out to openly accuse minister of works Dave Umahi of owing him millions of naira in an unpaid contract debt, another person has come out to accuse him of not paying him for work he did for him.
This time around the person is one Chief Obinna who claims to be his classmate at Government College, Afikpo in Ebonyi state.
According to the visibly distressed man he said he did a small contract job for Umahi in his hotel Palm Hotel in Abakiliki which he has refused to pay him up to this moment.
Chief Obinna stated this in a viral video which has been circulating online for days now and which Dave Umahi has not come out to confirm or deny
In the words of the embittered man… ‘the experience I had with Dave Umahi left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will soon come after him’
The man concluded that he will not drag Umahi like the other woman did but that he is going to do something more dangerous as he has gone to report himself to the police before taking any action as he said that Umahi is not a good fellow.
This is about the third or fourth accusations of unsettled debt by Minister of works Dave Umahi and a response is being awaited from him.
Attempts to reach him before going to the press could not yield positive results as his phone and that of his aides were unreachable after several attempts.
