Popular Lagos hotel IBIS ROYALE, ajao estate , airport road gutted by fire .. Property worth millions destroyed
A fire incident occurred at Ibis Royal Hotel around Ajao Estate along the international Airport Road, Lagos State on Wednesday evening.
Agenda Papers gathered that the fire incident occurred around 4.50 pm, and affected some parts of the property.
However, the inferno was curtailed by operatives of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service to prevent further damage, and no injury nor death was recorded.
IBIS ROYALE is a popular hotel strategically situated at the popular Ajao estate junction along International airport road, Lagos.
The hotel is owned by one Orlu Imo state born business man who was formally a Nigerian envoy to Liberia.
As at the time of filing this report no details of the cause of the inferno has been given as nobody is sure of the source of the outbreak of the fire.
