Goodluck Jonathan visits APC national chairman Ganduje preparatory to leave PDP and decamp to APC

Jonathan visited Ganduje at his residence in Abuja on Thursday evening.

Disclosing this on its official X handle, the APC wrote: “The National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, received in the audience former President Goodluck Jonathan @GEJonathan at his residence in Abuja.”

Speculations are rife that baring any last minute change of mind Jonathan will leave the opposition PDP and join the governing APC.

It will be recalled that in 2019 during Bayelsa off cycle election Jonathan openly supported the APC gubernatorial candidate who eventually won the election but later disqualified in grounds of certificate forgery of his deputy.
