Tinubu reinstates Atiku’s INTELS as Nigeria Ports Authority major contractor in apparent begging approach

The Nigerian Ports Authority has reinstated the operation of INTEL Nigeria Limited in the ports.

This was stated in a letter addressed by the Lagos State Port Authority.

The immediate past government of the Former President of Nigeria, Muhammad Buhari, stopped the operation of INTEL for years but the current government of President, Bola Tinubu reinstated INTEL Nigeria Limited in Nigerian ports.

Indications are pointing to the direction of desperation on part of Tinubu to do anything to appease Atiku who reliable sources said has many of Tinubu’s secrets and dirty deals.

One of the major television stations anchor man a fortnight ago said Tinubu sent some emissaries to Atiku to beg him but Atiku turned them back and chased them away.

It will be recalled that Atiku and Tinubu are close political allies as Tinubu offered Atiku presidential ticket of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2007 when Atiku had problems with his former boss, Obasanjo.

Also in 2014 Atiku together with Tinubu midwived the now ruling All Progress Congress (APC) in which Atiku contested the 2015 presidential primaries of the party but lost to Muhammadu Buhari.
