The Senate President Godswill Akpabio has made a passionate plea to Nigerians living overseas to hurry and return back to the country.
According to him his reason is predicated on the fact that President Tinubu has fixed the Hunger palava in the country and there is plenty of food for every Nigerian now.
Still on the same issue the recently stroke stricken minister of Finance Wale Edun had boasted and told the world that Tinubu has fixed the economy as bag of rice previously selling at N120,000 can now be bought at N80, 000.
Prior to Tinubu’s take over in May, 2023, bag of rice was sold for N35,000.
In 2015 before late President Buhari took over from Goodluck Jonathan bag of rice was sold at N9,000 per bag.
