I don’t know about the issue..I was told we should come & protest in favour of Akpabio —Rented Woman Protester

A pro-Akpabio protester has disclosed how she and other women were mobilized to protest in support of the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.

The unidentified woman, in a post shared by an X user on Wednesday, admitted that she had no idea about the former Akwa-Ibom governor’s alleged sexual assault against Kogi lawmaker, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.

According to her, they were only told to come and support Akpabio to remain as the Senate President.

“I didn’t see anything wrong in what they are saying- though I don’t know much about it. I’m just supporting him because my mind led me to support him.

” I don’t even really know the whole story about the two of them.

“Why I came out is they say we should come to support Akpabio that he should remain as our Senate President.” she had said.
