A lady who quit her banking job at the United Bank for Africa (UBA) years ago and relocated to Italy has given netizens an update on her life.
She said she now works as a dishwasher in Italy, a job she does with pride, noting that there is no shame in starting over.
The Nigerian in the diaspora compared her six-month earnings as a dishwasher in Italy to her salary as a banker in Nigeria.
She shared a video of herself looking excited in her work outfit. The ex-UBA banker says there is no shame in starting afresh.
Speaking about her dishwashing job, the ex-banker said she does it with joy in her heart and money in her pocket.
She stated that there is no shame in starting over.
She wrote:
… “Now I wash plates in Italy with joy in my heart and money in my pocket ….”There’s no shame in starting over.”
