Married as virgin Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has raised serious allegations of domestic violence against her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, claiming she is enduring emotional and physical abuse in their marriage.
In a now-viral video circulating on social media, Regina is seen visibly distressed, surrounded by security personnel, as she cries out about the torment she faces. She alleged that the senator sent people to physically assault both her and her brother.
“In Ned Nwoko’s house, I’m nothing,” she cried, as voices in the background can be heard exchanging heated words, with tensions escalating toward a physical confrontation.
Though the exact cause of the altercation is unclear, the emotional video shows what appears to be a chaotic family dispute, with parties exchanging accusations and threats.
Film producer Stanley On Top, who posted the video online, claimed that Ned Nwoko allegedly sent thugs to attack Regina the previous night, but her brothers intervened in her defense.
This is not the first time the actress’s marriage has been under public scrutiny. Earlier in February, rumors swirled that Senator Nwoko had impregnated another Nollywood actress, Chika Ike — a claim that led Regina to deactivate her social media accounts at the time. In response, Nwoko issued a public statement denying any romantic involvement with Chika Ike or fathering a child with her.
As of now, neither Senator Ned Nwoko nor his representatives have publicly responded to the latest allegations.
