The 2026 budget proposal includes a significant portion for personnel costs (N109bn) and overheads (N18.7bn), with N1.4bn allocated to capital expenditure, which includes the proposed facility.
INEC submitted a total budget of N873.78 billion for 2026 and is currently undergoing scrutiny at the National Assembly
