A wide range of criticisms has greeted the viral video of Ogun state governor Dapo Abiodun celebrating his 65th birthday in a private beach recently.
In the video was all manner of funfare with half clad women exposing their private parts and even doing club-house pole lap dance and other obscenities.
Criticisms are coming in the wake of hunger and general economic down turn ravaging millions of Nigerians and particularly his Ogun state people.
Dapo Abiodun was recently rated as the worst governor in the South West with the worst road network in the whole geo-political zone.
Many communities in Ogun state are suffering from very bad and deplorable roads that get worse during the rainy season.
One of the communities is Okeafa, a sprawling and moderately populated community which is about ten minutes drive from Berger in Lagos and off the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
Every year the community suffers severe flooding that cuts the whole community out of the rest of the world as the only major link road into the community gets submerged with water , making movement in and out of the community near impossible.
During the 2023 governorship campaign season the governor promised to fix the road but nothing is yet done on the road. The same promise was done in the 2019 electioneering campaign period.
