The award winning Guinness book of record cooking champion Hilda Baci has revealed that she spent over 300 million Naira to achieve cooking of Biggest Pot of Jollof Rice of
Guinness World Record.
The naturally well endowed Akwa Ibom chef also said the whole exercise took her nine months to put together.

“The planning alone took nine months, and making the pot took us two months.
According to her they used 250 bags of rice, which is already over N20 million.
She further revealed that she had friends who came from America to Nigeria to watch the cooking, and that she is very grateful to win this record for Nigeria.
Over 20,000 Nigerians participated and were present to watch Hilda achieve her second Guinness World Record Plaque.
