Recent sacking of over 800 workers of Dangote Refineries has been linked by formation of a Whatsapp Group by PENGASSAN.
Inside sources revealed that the oil section trade union discreetly formed the Whatsapp Group and asked the workers to join.
They did not stop there they also used the platform to share the union’s membership form which many of the workers subscribed to.
This infuriated the management of the refinery leading to the sack of the workers.
