National Democratic Congress chieftain Buba Galadima has made a swipe at Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Jimoh Ibrahim as a clown who boasted that Tinubu will sit next to President Trump at the ongoing UNGA meeting in New York.
