Promise Land Innovation Limited, owners of the WEALTH App, has terminated its brand ambassadorial agreement with Nollywood actress Tonto Charity Dikeh with immediate effect.
The company announced the termination in a statement signed by its Executive Director, Mrs Gift Emmanuel, and dated September 15, 2026.
According to the statement, the decision followed a review of Dikeh’s performance under the agreement, which the company said indicated that some contractual obligations and promotional objectives had not been satisfactorily fulfilled.
The company also referred to a performance review meeting scheduled for September 7 to assess outstanding obligations and discuss the way forward.
It said the meeting could not hold because Dikeh did not attend.
“Consequently, the Company has exercised its contractual right to bring the Brand Ambassadorship Agreement to an end with immediate effect,” the statement said.
Promise Land Innovation Limited said Dikeh had been formally notified of the termination.
The company wished the actress well in her future endeavours, while stressing that the decision would not affect its commitment to providing innovative real estate investment management solutions through the WEALTH App.
It also thanked its subscribers, customers, partners and the general public for their continued support and confidence in the platform.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to developing solutions aimed at creating lasting value for its users.
