A Nigerian pastor has sparked widespread debate on social media after a video of him delivering a sermon to his congregation surfaced online, with his remarks on women and sexual conduct drawing mixed reactions from viewers.
In the now-viral clip, recorded during a church service, the pastor cautioned members of his congregation against what he described as compromising their “glory” in an attempt to please women.
Addressing the congregation, he declared, “It is very bad to put your head, your glory, under a woman’s private parts; your glory has gone.”
He went on to criticize men who, in his view, go to great lengths to satisfy women, saying, “Some people don’t know what they are doing all because you want to satisfy a woman.”
The cleric further argued that women can never be completely satisfied, stating, “God that created women and gave them hair, it wasn’t enough for them; they are buying more. He gave them nails; it did not satisfy them, and you want to satisfy them?”
